Our luxury boutique properties are found in three distinct Athens neighborhoods, each offering authentic traditional cuisine and exceptional culinary experiences. From lamb souvlaki with tangy tzatziki and creamy garlic shrimp to slow-braised beef in rich sauce, every meal is delicious.

If you stay at our luxury Hive apartment in Kypseli, you’ll discover a diverse multicultural food scene. In addition to the famous Greek street food, you’ll have the chance to taste Ethiopian, Lebanese, Kurdish, and African dishes. These specialty ethnic eateries reflect the city’s diverse communities beyond its classic Mediterranean roots.
There’s something special about wandering Lycabettus and nearby Kolonaki. For me, it’s the intimate bistros, fine dining, and elegant wine bars, perfect for catching up with friends for brunch. Seafood is everywhere: lobster linguine, grilled grouper, and sea urchin risotto are my favorites. It’s the kind of neighborhood where the view and the flavors match the mood: romantic, creative, and quietly sophisticated.
Metaxourgeio neo-tavernas and fusion kitchens blend Greek classics with bold international flavors. Whether it’s beef ragu with pappardelle or tender lamb slow-cooked in exotic spices, each dish is beautifully presented. As you stroll through the back streets of this artistic neighborhood, you’ll come across small places to stop for a mezzé. These small dishes of dips, grilled vegetables, meats, cheeses, and salads are best enjoyed with a glass of ouzo or raki.
